Maison D. Azeez — Domestic & International Orders

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. During high-volume periods (launches, events, or pre-orders), processing time may extend slightly. We’ll notify you via email if there are any unexpected delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer both domestic (Malaysia) and international shipping.

  • Domestic Orders (Malaysia): Shipped via PosLaju or other reliable couriers. Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders: Shipped via DHL Express or other premium couriers depending on your region. Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

3. Pre-Orders

For fragrances or collections available on pre-order, please refer to the estimated delivery date stated on the product page. Pre-order items will be shipped once production is complete and quality checks are finalized.

4. Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. Maison D. Azeez has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact Maison D. Azeez within 7 days of receiving (or expected delivery) with photos and your order number. We’ll assist in filing a claim with the courier and offer a suitable solution.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before checkout. Maison D. Azeez is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
