Maison D. Azeez — Artisanal Fragrance Returns Policy
At Maison D. Azeez, each fragrance is crafted with utmost care, artistry, and precision. We take great pride in ensuring that every bottle delivered meets our highest standards of quality.
Due to the artisanal and personal nature of our products, we kindly ask you to review the following policy before making a purchase.
1. No Returns or Exchanges for Change of Mind
All fragrance purchases are final and non-returnable once opened or used.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, scent differences, or change of mind — as fragrance composition and perception are deeply individual.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at sales@maisondazeez.com.
To assist our team, kindly provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will offer either:
- A replacement of the same item, or
- A credit voucher for a future purchase (case-by-case basis)
3. Conditions for Replacement Eligibility
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase and photo evidence of damage must be provided.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Please note: Any claims made after 7 days from receipt cannot be accepted.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Discovery/sample sets
- Limited or pre-order editions
- Gift cards or promotional items
5. Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipping.
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
6. Pre-Order Policy
Pre-orders are made to secure limited production batches.
All pre-order sales are final, and cancellations are not allowed once production begins.
If any delay occurs, we will inform you immediately and ensure full transparency on the updated delivery timeline.
