Please be aware that fragrance is flammable material. Always keep perfume bottles and samples well away from any naked flame. We cannot be held responsible for any fire resulting from our products we have supplied.

Product sales
Each order portrays our offer to deliver a product or service in luxurious manner and is subject to the following terms and conditions. Your order done accepted by us will receive email confirmation and/or a redirect to a webpage which provide details of how we have made that product or service available to you. That acceptance will be considered complete at the time we send order confirmation email and/or web page redirect to you.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. When placing order, you at the helm of providing all details to us are true and accurate, you are an authorised user of credit or debit card used to place your order and there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Each sample that is available on our website is posted with full consent of the brand owner or the distributing company. We have been granted distribution rights of these samples by the brands or distributors that provide them to us.

Delivery
We ship our goods around the globe. We expect for you to receive your order within a week of placing it but please bear with us in some cases (depending on the day of the week you ordered). It can be up to 10 working days. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Returns
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect after order placed. Please confirm your order before proceed.

If the item was damaged in transit or if the item is faulty, reach us using contact form on this website or call our hotline at +6013-987  3296 and you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange at no extra charge after we complete review the return request. We will process the request as soon as we can.
