We believe the best shopping experience allows you flexibility to change your mind about purchasing with us, we can issue you a refund credit.

Kindly take note of the following list for return/refund:
-Returns product must not be opened, and in it’s original condition when it was delivered to you.
-Returns must be initiated within 24hours after you received your order.
-Return/Refund are not valid if it does not come with a sealed package in its original packaging, due to nature of the product scent.
-Refund products must be sent back in its original condition and sent back using the same packaging when it was delivered to you.
-All charges for returning purpose will be borne by the customer. This rule also applies when recipient at the receiving country refuses to collect item due to various reasons (including refusal to pay custom duties)

Refund is not applicable for:
-Product damaged by courier
-The product being used/tested for more than 24hours
-Returned due to customer unreachable/not available at location
-Request after 24 hours from the received date

Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund the payment if you decide to cancel your order/s within 24 hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged which is non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, refund is not allowed.

Refund process to customer

-For payment that is paid through our payment gateway, we will notify our service provider to cancel the relevant transaction.
-Please allow 7 to 14 working days for the refund process and the refund amount will be shown on the customer’s credit card statement.
-Other payment method customer will need to provide their bank details to Please allow 7 to 14 working days for the refund process and a copy of bank slip will be emailed to registered customers mail.

Return costs all shall be borne by the party attribute to the return request, such as:

-The buyer, where the return is due to his/her change of mind
-The company, where the return is due to defect of the item, delivery of wrong or different item

For oversea purchases, return attributable to the buyer may not be practically possible due to high return costs. The company take no responsibility and assume no liability for such cases.
